The client journey

Talk. Explore. Deliver.

A clear journey to scope the need, follow the POC, decide with the right people, and receive a supported delivery.

01

Start with a conversation

Before a meeting, talk with our guide about the actual need, the current handoffs, the tools involved, and the shape of a useful result. We clarify the boundary and give an indicative cost context.

02

Meet and align

We meet with the people who know the work. Together we confirm the decision owners, constraints, success markers, data boundaries, and the smallest paid exploration worth doing.

03

Explore and follow the POC

We produce a bounded proof of concept with synthetic or approved data. The client room shows progress, open questions, evidence, and the next checkpoint while the work is being explored.

04

Review and refine

You can follow the POC, ask for clarification, correct assumptions, and decide what changes belong inside the agreed boundary. A person reviews each meaningful behavior before it is accepted.

05

Deliver, install, and support

We provide the final delivery, downloads, documentation, and guided installation help within the agreed scope. Questions can return to the guide or to a human support fallback; support does not execute unapproved changes.

Done means an understood decision, not a green button.

Every stage states what must pass, what evidence shows it, who decides, and when to ask for human help. Installation and support boundaries stay visible.
