Privacy
This notice explains the account-first client room, guided discovery agent, indicative estimates, and booking flow. The controller’s legal identity, address, and privacy contact are configured before production; until then, contact hello.elegystudio@gmail.com with questions.
What is collected and why
Registration uses your name, email, authentication events, and optional onboarding context to secure the account and provide a private client room. A submitted discovery turn saves the complete transcript, structured brief revisions, estimate inputs, and audit metadata so you and authorized Studio staff can review the same research. Booking stores an expiring intent and appointment history so lifecycle events can be reconciled.
Agent-assisted discovery
Before the first agent message, the room tells you that your message, transcript, extracted brief, and estimate inputs are saved and visible to authorized Elegy Studio staff. The composer warns against passwords, credentials, special-category data, employee or customer records, and unrelated personal information. Email is never sent to the model. Model calls use pseudonymous session identifiers, redacted context, no database tools, and ephemeral provider retention. Discovery is not reused for marketing, analytics, model training, or unrelated profiling.
Processors and booking
Indicative estimates are calculated from selected input categories, assumptions, and the active Studio EUR rate-card version. They are non-binding planning ranges, not automated acceptance, rejection, or formal quotes. A human Studio review is required for commercial decisions. Hosting/database, email delivery, and Cal.com scheduling are configured processors. Cal.com loads only after you request booking and receives your name, email, time zone, and an opaque expiring correlation token—not your transcript or brief.
Retention and deletion
Unconverted discovery research is automatically deleted or irreversibly anonymized after 24 months of inactivity. Converted project, quote, invoice, accounting, and legal records follow their separately documented retention obligations. Backups age out deleted data and must not silently restore it into active systems.
Your rights
From Account you can request access, a portable export, rectification, erasure, restriction, or objection. Requests are identity-verified, timestamped, assigned a one-month deadline, and answered with a written outcome or refusal reason plus complaint information.
